Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable: Any opened, used, or unsealed products.
  
Returnable (Within 72 Hours i.e with in 3 days): Only if the product is damaged in transit, physically defective, or the wrong item was delivered.

The Return Process: (Fraud Prevention)

  • Customers must email support within 72 hours of delivery.
  • They must provide the order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and an unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging being opened.  

Refunds and Replacements 

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement shipped at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
