1. Order Processing Time

• All Veda Metric orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

 2. Shipping Charges

We offer simple,  transparent shipping rates across India.

• Orders ₹999 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.
• Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping rate of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines 

We partner with premium courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and XpressBees) to ensure your Ayurvedic care products arrive safely. Delivery times depend on your location relative to our dispatch center in Surat, Gujarat.

(Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during major festivals, extreme weather conditions, or in remote pin codes.)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• We offer Cash on Delivery to over 25,000+ pin codes across India.
• A nominal COD handling charge of ₹50 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders, regardless of the order value.
•  To avoid this extra charge, we highly recommend using our secure prepaid options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
• For COD orders, our courier partner will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times. If the customer is unavailable or refuses the package, Veda Metric reserves the right to disable the COD option for future orders from that account.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after receiving the dispatch message.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we use premium, shock-proof packaging for our glass jars and bottles, transit damages can occasionally happen. If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please do not accept it from the courier. If you discover damage upon opening, please refer to our [Link to Returns Policy] and email us within 72 hours with an unboxing video.
