A. This gentle, toxin-free formula is safe for infants 6 months and older, as well as toddlers, teenagers, and adults. (Note: Essential oils are generally not recommended for use on newborns under 6 months).

Note: Because this is a high-quality glycerin base, it naturally attracts moisture from the air. If you see tiny water droplets on an unused bar, this is a harmless natural process called "glycerin dew." Store unused bars tightly wrapped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

A. Unopened bars have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months when stored properly. Once opened, we recommend using the soap within 6 months to experience the maximum benefit and aroma of the pure Lavender essential oil.

Q. Is this soap "tear-free"?
A. No. Natural soaps naturally have a slightly higher pH than synthetic liquid baby washes, meaning it will sting if it gets into the eyes. Always tilt your baby's head back when rinsing and avoid the immediate eye area.

Q. Does this soap lather well without SLS?
A. Yes! While we strictly avoid harsh synthetic detergents like SLS, we have formulated this bar with Cocamidopropyl Betaine (CAPB)—a mild, coconut-derived surfactant that creates a rich, luxurious, and gentle foam.

Q. Can this soap be used to treat eczema or diaper rash?
A. While this soap is not a medical treatment, goat milk contains natural lactic acid and vitamin A, which are incredibly soothing for inflamed or irritated skin. It is an excellent gentle cleanser for those managing conditions like eczema.
