A. Start with a freshly cleansed, damp face. Scoop a small amount and gently massage it over your skin in upward, circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes. For an extra botanical boost, let the gel sit on your skin for another minute so the Cica and Dragon Fruit extracts can absorb. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, gently pat dry, and follow up immediately with a hydrating toner—such as the Vedic Refreshing Face Mist—and your favorite moisturizer.

Q. How often should I be using this scrub?
A. For most skin types, using this exfoliant 2 to 3 times a week is perfect for maintaining a bright, smooth complexion. If you have very sensitive skin, start with just once a week.

Q. Can I use this on my body as well?

While this formula contains incredible acne-fighting and healing ingredients like Tea Tree and Cica, you should generally avoid physical scrubbing directly over inflamed, active breakouts to prevent irritation. You can gently use it on the clear areas of your face, or wait for the active breakout to subside before exfoliating to help fade post-acne marks.

A. Not at all. We use a very precise 1% concentration of finely milled walnut shell powder. More importantly, those exfoliating particles are suspended in a thick, cushiony gel matrix. A. No, it does the exact opposite! Traditional scrubs often use heavy clays or drying surfactants, but the K-Radiance Exfoliant is built on a cooling, 54% botanical hydrosol base. A. Unopened, the K-Radiance Rice Exfoliant has a shelf life of up to 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using it within 6 to 12 months for optimal freshness and efficacy. Because this formula is rich in natural botanical waters and extracts, it is best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To ensure maximum longevity, make sure the lid is closed tightly after each use and avoid introducing extra water into the jar—using a clean cosmetic spatula to scoop out the product is highly recommended!
